Identity:

1.      We are seeking to understand our identity as a part of the family of God

2.    We need to explore our past and our present in order to walk faithfully and purposefully with God into the future.

Spiritual Growth:

1        We need to grow spiritually as a part of the family of God

2        We need to be nurtured, uplifted and fulfilled together as a congregation.

Healing:

1        We need to acknowledge and identify the dis - ease that does exist in our congregation.

2        Our vision is to become healthy and hopeful in ministry leadership

Leadership:

1        we need to increase lay leadership at all levels within the congregation.

2        We need to create and implement a practice of ministry that encourages and supports lay leadership

Stewardship:

1        We want to thrive.

2        We will encourage members to utilize their “time, talents, and treasures”.
