Identity:

• We are seeking to understand our identity as a part of the family of God.
• We need to explore our past and our present in order to walk faithfully and purposefully with God into the future.

Spiritual Growth:

• We need to grow spiritually as a part of the family of God.
• We need to be nurtured, uplifted and fulfilled together as a congregation.

Healing:

• We need to acknowledge and identify the disease that does exist in our congregation.
• Our vision is to become healthy and hopeful in ministry leadership.

Leadership:

• We need to increase lay leadership at all levels within the congregation.
• We need to create and implement a practice of ministry that encourages and supports lay leadership.

Stewardship:

• We want to thrive.
• We will encourage members to utilize their "time, talents, and treasures".
